Coffeerate is committed to protecting children and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards against CSAE, how we enforce them, and how to report concerns. These standards apply to everyone who uses Coffeerate.
We prohibit any content, conduct or contact that sexualizes, abuses, exploits or endangers minors. This includes, without limitation:
Coffeerate is intended for adults rating specialty coffee and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will remove it.
If you encounter content or behavior that may exploit or endanger a child, please report it to us immediately:
We review every report and act quickly. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
You can also report CSAE directly to dedicated organizations:
We comply with applicable child-safety laws and with the child-safety policies of the platforms that distribute Coffeerate, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. We regularly review these standards to keep them effective.
Our designated child-safety contact can be reached at safety@coffeerate.app.
