Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Coffeerate account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Option 1 — delete in the app

  1. Open Coffeerate and go to your Profile.
  2. Open the menu and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — request by email

If you can't access the app, email support@coffeerate.app from the address tied to your account, with the subject "Delete my Coffeerate account". We'll verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials.
  • Your profile — display name, avatar photo, color and tags.
  • Your reviews, ratings, notes and uploaded photos.
  • Your social activity — follows, likes and comments.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, to comply with legal obligations or to prevent abuse). Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to identify you in the app.
